1. Who We Are

This Site is operated by Edita Petrauskaite, trading as CrecheFlow, a sole trader registered in Ireland (Business Name No. 785771), with registered address at Scartaglen, Co. Kerry, Ireland, V93 R886 ("CrecheFlow", "we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

3. Purpose of the Site

The Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes - to describe CrecheFlow's Financial Administration Services and to allow prospective Clients to make contact via the Contact Us page. The Site does not provide a client login, portal, online payment facility, or any other transactional functionality.

4. Use of the Contact Us Page

If you submit an enquiry via the Contact Us page, you agree to provide accurate information (name, email address, phone number, and the service you are enquiring about) and to use the form only for genuine enquiries. Submission of an enquiry does not create a contract between you and CrecheFlow - any engagement of our Services is governed separately by the CrecheFlow Services Agreement, entered into once terms have been agreed. How we handle the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information via the Contact Us page;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its underlying systems, or any account or data connected to it;
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with the Site's operation or security (including any measures provided by our security and infrastructure providers);
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Site without our prior written consent;
  • Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or infringes the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the Site for any visitor who breaches this Section.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, and the CrecheFlow name and branding - is owned by or licensed to CrecheFlow and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

7. No Reliance / No Advice

Content on the Site is provided for general information only and does not constitute financial, accounting, legal, tax, or regulatory advice. As set out in the CrecheFlow Services Agreement, CrecheFlow's Financial Administration Services are administrative support only and are not an accounting, advisory, or compliance service. Nothing on the Site should be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice specific to your circumstances.

9. Availability of the Site

We aim to keep the Site available and functioning correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control (including issues affecting our hosting, domain, or security infrastructure providers). We may suspend, withdraw, or modify all or part of the Site at any time without notice.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CrecheFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Irish law.

This limitation applies to the Site only. It does not affect, and is entirely separate from, the liability provisions set out in the CrecheFlow Services Agreement, which apply to the Financial Administration Services themselves.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
